Have you heard the news?! Our studio here at Coquette Boudoir is moving! If you aren't in our VIP Facebook Group or subscribed to our insiders email list, you might not know this huge news!
Don't worry -- we aren't going far! Our new studio will be hosted at GoggleWorks Center for the Arts in Reading, PA starting in October 2022. That's just ONE month away!
There are SO many reasons I am thrilled about this change, so let me share with you!
PARKING. That's right, we will now have access to a full parking lot on-site, which means NO more parallel parking! :')
SPACE. A new studio with more space means new set possibilities and angles! It's time to get creative and that means there will be more options to spice up your session and final gallery of images. I am beyond excited to design this new space with all the pretty things and make it a true sanctuary for my clients!
ACCESSIBILITY. We will officially be wheelchair / assistive mobility device accessible! Although we will be located on the 5th floor, with a ramp at the building's main entrance, a push-button door open at the main entrance, and two elevators throughout the building, we are excited to be able to serve even more clients in our own space!
COMMUNITY. We are looking forward to integrating ourselves further into Reading's creative community and GoggleWorks' own community of resident organizations, partners, and studio artists. By moving to GoggleWorks we will strive to nurture this community through participation in events, collaboration with others, and sharing our mission and art! We are excited to be relocating to the heart of the city and to get to know our neighbors and fellow creatives!
DISCOVERY. In case you don't know, Coquette Boudoir was founded on the exploration of personal identity, and there is SO much to explore at GoggleWorks. From their many art galleries where they show rotating exhibitions throughout the year, to their art classes and workshops in a number of different mediums for every level of experience, an on-site movie theater showing art house films each week, a boutique shopping space called The New Store featuring the work of local artisans and makers, their teaching and free-to-take community gardens, to the studio artists and resident organizations, and soon an on-site cafe/restaurant and activated outdoor Art Park, you will be delighted and surprised with what you find around every corner at GoggleWorks. There are countless things to do here after your photo session, and you might even leave with a new hobby or a keepsake!
These are just SOME of the amazing reasons I am looking forward to continuing the Coquette Boudoir experience at our new GoggleWorks studio.
Some of you may know, I used to work at GoggleWorks from 2019-2021 as a Community Ambassador, and as their Communications Coordinator, so to be working there as a Resident Organization is both such an honor and a dream come true! I am so excited to share their magic with you!
If you would like to work with Kailee for your own Coquette Boudoir photography experience at the new studio, you can learn more about the experience here, or fill out the contact form and we will be in touch (:
